Review of Hotel Eklund Restaurant

Although choices are limited, the waitress knew which menu items were naturally GF(tacos on corn tortillas and 2 chilies) and how steaks were grilled or pan fried to accommodate my GF requirements. At breakfast there were 2 crustless quiches labeled GF. Given we stayed in this hotel, both meals were fine.
