Exzellenter, hilfsbereiter und höflicher Service. Unser Kellner war hervorragend bezüglich Zöliakie geschult und hat sich mit der Küche abgestimmt. Es gibt keine spezielle glutenfreie Karte aber nahezu alles ist glutenfrei erhältlich. Es gab frische kleine selbst gebackene glutenfreie Brötchen. Ich habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt.

Bei Aufenthalten im Hotel ist es sinnvoll die Zöliakie bei der Buchung mit anzumelden um eine bessere Auswahl zu erhalten.

Insgesamt ein exquisites Restaurant mit Ambiente und entsprechend hohen Preisen.
