I stayed a night at the hotel and had breakfast here. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten-free products and cross contamination. The breakfast was buffet style and almost all options were GF except the bread and the pancakes, that were distinctly separated from the rest of the food. All products had the allergens indicated, and GF options included all sorts of eggs, bacon, vegetables, fruit, charcuterie, cheese, bread, juices, smoothies, flourless cakes, etc. The quality was very good, so I would 100% repeat. The only issue was that the dining room got really loud during rush hour.
