Review of Grand Hotel Karel V

Asked about GF in Bistro. They said that every item could be made GF and that the kitchen was ‘secure’ (exact words).

Lovely GF bread and a muffin at breakfast and plenty of fruit, eggs etc.

Buffets are a bit difficult with cross-contamination, of course.
