Went and asked the waiter what gluten free options were available as I didn’t see anything about gluten free listed on the menu. In the end they were able to offer me gluten free modifications for almost the entire menu. They were very conscientious of my ask - when I made my reservation they noted down that I would be eating gluten free. Each course they brought to the table, they explained what the dish was and what was in it. They also explained the gluten free substitutions they had made if necessary (my partner ordered the version with gluten, so I could see the difference). Additionally, they brought gluten free bread to the table and made sure it was kept on a separate plate from the other bread.
