Hotel Portmeirion

Stayed at the castle for two nights and ate at the nearby hotel restaurant for dinner one night. They asked us if we had any allergies and were able to modify some items for gluten and lactose intolerance for dinner. Not sure about cross contamination but they seem to take reasonable precautions. If you are very sensitive you might want to look elsewhere. The food was good. The service is very slow. So set aside some time if you go here.
