De gerechten op de menukaart kunnen aangepast worden zodat ze glutenvrij zijn. Dit kan ook bij een spontaan bezoek en hoeft niet van tevoren aangegeven te worden. Het personeel was goed op de hoogte van glutenvrij eten en het voorkomen van kruisbesmetting. Ik had voldoende keuze en heb hier lekker gegeten. Ook bij een spontane kop koffie was het mogelijk om er glutenvrij gebak bij te krijgen.
