Hotel Rancolin

Hotel Rancolin has a full knowledge of what gf means and the cook prepares Gf pasta and dessert . This knwoledge I can say is spread all over Val di fassa and Trentino where, even in the mountain refuges, the menù reports what allergens are in each plate and normally you can choose safely. At Rancolin we had half board for a week and both breakfast and dinner was excellent for gf (me) and my wife (non gf). Fully reccomended.
