The place has multiple options and some are better than others. I had good experiences when I ordered a la carte. The wait staff was happy to talk to the cook and make adjustments. Even the snack cart was happy to make me a burger with no bun and the chips that are everywhere are gluten free and not fried. The breakfast buffet was also good. They had a dedicated gluten free section with cookies, rice cakes, cereal and more. Also, everything is marked. Unfortunately, the lunch and dinner buffet don’t add much to the mix and the labeling is not always consistent. Also the placement of things was a little suspect with putting pasta right next to gluten free things which put everything at risk. In the end I did not get sick after 4 days.

There are five dinner restaurants a buffet, plus a snack bar. And yet, this place is not gluten-free or vegetarian friendly. They do label some dishes with allergies signs, but don’t include all of the allergens- just one. Ie: pasta alfredo was noted as having dairy, not gluten. When I asked if that meant the pasta was gluten free, the server pointed at it and said “dairy.” They are just not food safe for anyone with celiac autoimmune disease.

The food is all standardized- so any adjustments are difficult at best.

We worked with a chef the last day we were there- we had to instruct him how to make his box of GF pasta and what he could use for a sauce. Not kidding- avoid if you have celiac.

We went into town and found great GF options!
