I showed my Spanish Celiac card to the waitress, and she was very accommodating. (For lunch (kitchen opens at 13:30))There were several items in the Pilgrim's Menu that were naturally gluten free, but they were able to adapt a couple of the others. I had the chicken Milanese (gluten free, which was braised). It was a little dry because I'm sure they don't receive this request a lot, and it was a thin piece of meat). But, it was safe, and they didn't give me French fries because there is no dedicated frier. They have me a small salad, instead. I put some vinegar on the chicken, and it was better. Still, if your walking the Camino, this of a great stop! Beautiful, quiet, and the other dishes were delicious.
