Der stod glutenfri brød og knækbrød fremme, ved morgenbuffet (pakket i plastik). Ved aftensmaden nævnte jeg min glutenallergi, og en vært, som selv havde allergi, kom med opfølgende spørgsmål til menuen, så alt blev som det skulle være.
