Hotel "Zur Noll"

Detailed allergy menu and well informed staff. They did once serve me a steak with bread crumbs on it. I asked, the chef came out, apologised and replaced the meal. I've eaten here mamy times with no issues.

Traditional German food, about half of the dishes are glutenfree, allergens are clearly labelled on the menu. Staff seems knowledgable, not sure about cross-contamination
