Menu has gluten free items marked. Most dishes can substitute gf noodles, however a few of the ramen state the broth is not gluten free, so be sure to check. I (celiac) visited here with my partner last week and had a good experience. Was told the gluten free noodles are prepared in different water than regular noodles, so they have their own dedicated pot. Tried the vegan curry ramen and it was tasty. Definitely scratched that noodle itch since I haven't really had much opportunity since being diagnosed. No reaction noticed. Definitely would try again!
