Gluten free ingredients they say. No good labeling on the menu. You can substitute the GF bun, but no way to tell if the rest of the ingredients in a particular item are GF. Upon questioning and reading the menu, no significant effort to avoid cross contamination. I got the Cajun Chicken grill with GF bun, but was suspicious of the sauce that came with it, so I asked. Even though I had specified GF prep, they sent the meal out with a sauce that used flour as a thickener.OK if GF is just a dietary preference, but they have a long ways to go to recommend for Gluten Intolerant, let alone Celiac.
