I love restaurants that educate their staff on allergies. When ordering pulled pork sliders as soon as I requested for a gluten free bun my server asked if I was celiac. She informed me that there was a risk of cross-contamination but they would do everything possible to prevent it. This just made my day and for the cherry on top the food was just so delicious.
