House of Hummus

I thought this restaurant would be safe since of all the reviews, but I unfortunately got sick. They were not careful about my food preparation even when I clearly stated I had celiac disease. Really sad because I used to love this place before I got diagnosed!

Yes

They changed the fries and now they are not gluten free. Good options still, but not as many as they originally had.

The food here is great! Very knowledgeable staff - it does take longer for the gf items, but that is to be expected due to the gf fryer oil not always being hot. It's a bit warm (for us) in the place during the summer, but it'll be fantastic when it cools off a bit!

Food is excellent and they are so good about having a separate fryer to avoid cross contamination. My gluten free falafel platter took a bit longer to come out and they were profusely apologetic and gave us dolmehs complimentary to make up for it. Great service and very tasty food.

Been there a few times they are fairly new I believe. They were very friendly and accommodating to any request that we made. I am pretty sure they have a dedicated fryer for gluten free requests but need to confirm before I bring my son up there. Great classic Mediterranean style dishes and apps made to order very fresh
