Fantastic Indian food, and the staff is VERY knowledgeable about gluten and gluten-free prep. My favorite is the paneer tikka masala—instead of frying the paneer in the fryer (there’s a cross contamination risk), the staff has offered to instead shred the paneer. It tastes SO good. I’ve ordered naan for a family member before, and they tell me it’s not gluten-free (always a good sign when restaurants know what is and isn’t gluten-free) and offer to put my food in a separate bag for takeout. The mango lassis are also delicious. Highly recommend!
The owner was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He helped me order and went through the menu with me to let me know which items to avoid and which items I could safely eat.
