House Of Lam Restaurant

I tried ordering from this restaurant and it did not feel safe at all. The person on the phone (one of the waitresses I believe) was trying to determine off the top of her head what had gluten and what didn't. I think she was simply ruling out the items with the most obvious sources of gluten (batter, wontons, egg rolls and certain noodles). No mention of soya sauce or any other sources of gluten. I would stay away from this restaurant.
