This is one of four restaurants in the Taj Mahal Hotel. We came twice in four nights. When we told the waiter that we had a Gluten Alergy, the chef came out and designed a meal with the best ingredients. Appetizer was King Prawns sautéd in a garlic sauce that was incredible, had that both nights and could easily be an entree’. Then we had the Singapore noodles, vegetable fried rice with Burnt garlic and then a custom Duck dish made to order. So nice to have a chef that takes it seriously. Bravo!
