When you call the house of prime rib, they are very on top of which of their foods has gluten. They have a very small menu - prime rib and a variety of sides, and some of their sides can be made gluten free. I asked about cross contamination a few times and was confidently told that the prime rib is safe and that they could provide some of their sides gluten free as well. My waiter was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free and what wasn't, and made sure my order was safe. Be warned though, someone who is not your waiter may try rather hard to give you cornbread - it's not gluten free.
