Went in based on reviews here. Asked about the GF English muffin prep and the cashier warned me that nothing is safe and they use a shared convection oven with the fan on. DO NOT EAT HERE. I don't know why ppl rated this place so high on safety.

The staff here could not be nicer and are knowledgeable about the food and how it is prepared. The breakfast sandwich is absolutely delicious, served on a soft gluten free english muffin. So good!

I had the GF English muffin with the pulled bacon and cheddar, it was amazing. No issues. Also had the Nutella latte

I stopped here because of the reviews. The gf SOFT English muffin, pulled bacon, egg and vegan cheese did not disappoint! The coffee and atmosphere were great too. Topped off by super kind, helpful staff. Next time we are in Keystone I will be back!

Great breakfast sandwiches with on a delicious GF english muffin. The shredded bacon is amazing and the coffee has amazing add in options, like orange clove.

The decor is also so fun. Almost all of it is for sale as well. Definitely recommend making a visit!

If you’re looking for a spot to grab a delicious breakfast sandwich and coffee before hitting the slopes, this is right off the Silverthorne exit, really cool shop, great people, Definitely one of my favorites!
