Dined in 9/15/2019. Waiter said there are basically no gluten free options due to breading, bread, noodles, and sauces. I was told the only thing on their entire extensive menu that's gluten free is moo goo gai pan so I ordered the only option they had (which turned out to be a bland overly salty chicken vegetable stir fry with white rice) I wanted the Pad Thai but was told it's not gluten free due to the noodles. I pointed out the menu says the dish is made with rice noodles but the waiter insisted it's not gluten free. My go to for GF Asian food will still be Thai Garden on University.
