Said could accommodate any need and did. Stressed no fried things as shared fryer. Couldn't have been more accommodating.

Everything shares same fryer--I was told gluten would "burn off" due to high temp. Getting the grilled chicken in a lettuce wrap w/a side of fruit and apprehension!

I asked at bar if they had GF options. Bartender, Virginia, told me they could make a chicken dish, fish tacos GF, or burger w/o bun. I chose fish tacos. Cook visited with me & he wasn't convinced corn tortillas were GF. Virginia suggested lettuce instead of tortilla so that's what I did. Tasted great & no negative effects.

Gluten Intolerant

I'm not only gluten but also dairy intolerant. They try, but need better training. No allergen list, waitresses just kept winging it. She suggested BBQ sandwich without the bun, I asked what was in the BBQ sauce. She want to check, said there was Katsup, that is OK. But then she offered to get me the ingredients as it is a home made sauce. it also contains soy sauce. I suggested the chef needs to develop a good allergen list for the menu and do some training of the staff on food allergies/intolerance. Not recommended for Celiacs at this time.
