The staff was actually helpful, and asked me if I was celiar of gf by choice. When I asked for gluten free options, they told me which ones I should go for and which modifications I had to do to be safe.

Servers had no idea what gluten even was. Menu had demarcation for 'less gluten' which was, sadly, only a single option. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

They have a few options on the menu that are gluten friendly. Being on a strict AIP diet with severe intolerances to gluten and dairy I was finding it hard to find an option I could eat. I spoke with a really nice waitress and we made some modifications to the grilled salmon. The chef was amazing and came out to talk to me and he made a bunch of substitutions so I could have something I could eat!! He was great and super understanding about all the things I couldn't eat. I ended up with a great grilled salmon with a wonderful salad with fruit! I had to pay the full price of the salmon plate but who cares I felt safe and I could eat!!! He even cooked my salmon on a separate grill so no contamination. The chef came out to give me my plate and to check on me afterwards. Fantastic service!
