Mediocre gluten free penne can be substituted for any pasta. It tastes like something you can buy in a grocery store. Flavors of the pasta were lacking. The service was poor, they offered very little information when asking about dishes. On top of that they add an automatic 22%.

I ate safely here and did not get sick. All Ethan Stowell restaurants have good protocols. But the food was mid at best and I will not be returning
I just went for the second time (this time for Seattle Restaurant Week) and both experiences were very good. It’s true that the menu is small and not labeled but the staff is knowledgeable and they’re willing to modify dishes whenever possible.

Food was great. But if you are goi g to cater to gf/celiac would be nice to have a bread or cracker to offer with some of the dishes....
I think most of the Ethan Stoll Restaurants understand celiac but it’s always nice speaking with staff that is educated. It’s not a huge menu but there are delicious GF options.
We have eaten here a few times. They are incredibly knowledgable about celiac and cross contamination. Fantastic meal.
They seemed very knowledgeable about gluten, and despite having a small kitchen, did their best to avoid cross-contamination. Most of the menu was able to be offered gluten free.
