The Howdy Burger on 11th st has a dedicated area to prepare gluten free. You’ll need to specify that you need this kind of prep. I like to order their burger of a GF bun, rodeo fries and lemonade.

They updated their fries to have a dedicated fryer at the 11th and Peoria location. But recently had issues with their fry vendor. If it looks like a coating on them outside, it is and do NOT eat it. It’s wheat panko.
