Review of HQ Southern BBQ

Great BBQ and service is always excellent. I've never had a problem with being "dosed" with gluten and was told that only the obviously glutenous items contain gluten. Not sure of this statement, as my tolerance for trace amounts of gluten is high compared to other celiacs.
