Wonderful restaurant. Amazing quality meats grown free range on the premesis. Gluten free bread available which is very good. Did not ask about a dedicated fryer. Friendly staff. Did I mention how good the meats were?

Regarding celiac friendly, my wife us celiac but she only got gf bread with soup. No reaction but we didn't really test them to see how celiac friendly they are. Did I mention how tasty the beef was?

Despite short notice, the staff were very helpful with gluten free options. They have gluten free bread and breakfast buns, and even made sure to replace the fries in a dish with roasted potatoes. I never went without, and suffered no gluten poisoning during my stay.
