Pros: healthy and tasty gf and paleo friendly. Water is filtered and clean. Hourly staff are great. Nice decor. Great concept. Food is clean eating.

Cons: inconsistent pricing. Different employees tell you different prices for numerous items. Portions are never the same. It depends on who serves it to you and whose watching over them. Rarely any consistency. Staff keeps changing. Pricing needs to be in writing on the boards for each and every items including individual items to go, so there is less confusion. Not just for the main items they serve. Pricing per ounces and pounds would be helpful when buying sides and single items. Needs to be in writing on the boards. The kitchen managers are not always polite when an issue occurs. It depends whose there that day. No longer a pleasant experience when buy between $100 and $200 dollars in food at a time. Which used to be often.

Also, the lines need barriers ropes to control crowds when busy. Things get confusing and messy for patrons during the crowded times. People argue and get stressed.
