About 80% of the menu is GF or can be made GF. The waiter said they only use GF flour in their restaurant so their fryers are all GF. This means you can have fried chicken/fish and chips safely. They were very knowledgeable about safety procedures, and clearly had processes in place to make it safe for coeliacs. It was a really great experience all round.
