If you mention you are coeliac they will use separate equipment. Fryer is only used for gf items. Preparation area for many items is designated gf. Gluten handled too but clean and ensure to separate for other allergies too when you mention your needs. Friendly and accommodating and most menu items can be made gf! Lovely looking cafe too.
