We visited Huckleberry’s June 8th. I enjoyed the very best gluten free pizza I have ever eaten since being diagnosed with Celiac, 13 years ago. Crisp, yet chewy crust, excellent toppings with loads of cheese. It is impossible to tell it apart from a non-gluten free pizza. It was life changing. Our waitress Angela was a delight and very well versed on gluten free protocol. The worry of cross contamination never entered my mind. She is an integral part of this business. The owner greeted us after our meal, and couldn’t have been nicer. Their other offerings for normal diets include delicious pizza with a hand tossed crust, deep dish pizza as well as amazing calzones. The four of us still can’t stop talking about the wonderful food and welcoming atmosphere of this establishment. We will be back as soon as time allows.❤
