Huddle House

I've only been once to huddle house since my Celiac diagnosis. Huddle house was my favorite, but sadly they really couldn't offer me a safe option.

The were busy as usual and my waitess offered me no suggestions. Just an allergen list broken down into every food item they have, not plates on the menu. It made it difficult to navigate from menu to list in a quick manner. I ordered fruit and sat with my family while they ate amazingly scrumptious smelling food.

Staff is knowledgeable and can answer questions and has a allergen menu on hand if u just ask for it. The food was good and the fries were great. 4/5

You can get there eggs grits and bacon and sausage it’s gluten free the waitress really listens to you and I’ve also had good experiences never sick

Grayson is a Gluten Free desert. Pizza Hut shows up on the FMGF app but deny offering gf options. At the Huddle House I ordered a steak, potato and salad. I heard the cook lamenting about having to close down the grill for a 'thurough' cleaning. The waitress said it was no trouble. Let me say that I am not Celiac, but cross contamination can bring me to my knees within 10 hours of ingestion. Thay is why I waited for 15 hours to pass before this review. I had no issues. Eat at your own risk. Make sure the cook knows you need gluten free. I am certain they do the best they can. It worked for me.
