Went here and had wings, the traditional made wings are oven baked and if you tell them it's an allergy they'll be careful. Obviously they can't guarantee no cross contamination since they are not dedicated gf. I had the fall special dill-icious wings, lemon & pepper wings, and sweet chili wings, it is now next day and I have no gluten symptoms, I am very sensitive to gluten so my reactions have always been within 20 minutes of eating. My server claimed to be celiac as well and let me know she also eats the wings there. hope this helps anyone visiting!
