Please be aware that there is now a gluten free menu on their corporate site and in stores. They do acknowledge possible cross contamination in general. However, I was told in one location that all side items are gluten free, including the “gluten free” labeled sweet potatoes listed on the gf menu. They are prepared in the same fryer as everything else. They should NOT be labeling this as a gf item at all. Possible contamination is one thing but knowingly contaminating it from the start and calling it gf is unacceptable. There are also other contradictions on the online menu. Some items say gf item is served with ranch. However under dressings, ranch is not listed as gf. It’s like they cut and pasted this menu from their regular one but failed to tailor it to gf. For instance, the gf cheese plate mentions crackers which are not gf They do offer a gf bun now. The manager told me they would cook the meat on the char-grill where most gluten “ burns off” Just be very Leary and clarify at each individual location.
i usually get the soup when i go, and that has been pretty safe for me. however, that is the only thing that is actually safe on the menu. there is no gluten-free menu, and the kitchen is cross contaminated, so ordering items like burgers or salads is not a safe bet. there are very limited options on what is safe to eat.
Very limited options now that they quit carrying gf buns. Very sad too, because their gf buns were awesome!
