Had the gluten free pizza, so good!! We spoke to the chef, who made sure my pizza was on a separate tray, and also to take all the safety precautions to prevent cross contamination.

As soon as I arrived and asked about gluten free they asked if I was celiac and if I was “severely celiac” they recommended I don’t eat there.

I ate the wood-fired gluten free pizza with dairy free cheese. The staff was very knowledgeable and prepared my pizza safe from any cross contamination. It was cooked in the same dish that was served it to me, used a clean pizza cutter and prepared it slightly away from the other pizzas. Very tasty!
