Hugo's

I had dinner here on 6/13/2023. They do not have a gluten free menu or dedicated gluten free prep area. However, the waitress was knowledgeable and suggested a variety of salads or a burger without a bun; I ended up ordering the jalapeño burger with all toppings and no bun. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive to gluten exposure. I had no reaction to the food, and it was delicious. I also had a gin and tonic. Everything was great. Obviously you should use your own judgment before eating here, but it was great for me.
