Review of Hukilau Lanai

Excellent food and service. Wait staff was very knowledgeable of items that contain gluten and how to adapt dishes to accommodate. The gluten free muffin was the best I had on the island, wish I had requested another. My only compliant with this place is that the quality of food does not really match the atmosphere of the restaurant. Interior is a bit run down with bad lightning. Was seated in what appeared to be a tented portion with table facing the plastic tent fabric as opposed to looking out into the restaurant.
