Spoke to the chef directly. Although he warned me, it was not a gluten-free kitchen. He recommended a salad as the best option. I ordered a wedge salad, which was delicious, but caused severe gluten exposure reaction that lasted several days. Totally not worth it. If someone is just avoiding gluten as a dietary choice it would probably be fine. Anyone with celiac disease should avoid. EVERYTHING is cross contaminated despite several menu items being listed as gluten-free.
