Update as of Feb 2021. This restaurant used to have a dedicated fryer for true gluten free. My husband and I went tonight and the dedicated fryer broke and because of covid and the 25% capacity of restaurants they did not replace and do not know if they will replace. Other folks with celiac need to be careful because things that are noted gluten free on their menu are not truly gluten free because they are now prepared in a shared cross contaminated fryer.
