Great find. Looked this place via the app and decided to try. Located in Palmer, AK. We went for a beautiful Fall drive and decided to eat somewhere local. Nothing fancy on the outside but loved the inside, great service, wonderful pizza! I would definitely go again and they make homemade gluten-free crust. You get a choice of small, medium or large. Most places are one size and pre-made. Thanks Gordon and staff!

Some of the best GF pizza crust I have ever had! The flat bread is also delicious with bruschetta. Try the 203 kombucha, it is super yummy!

One celiac, 4 family members. They took proactive efforts to ensure the GF pizza was cooked safely. AND they have GF desserts! Celiac kid says 6 stars! The non-GF crust was just ok, but the local beers & ciders made up for it.

Still the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! The crust is delicious, and you have sizing options for gluten free as well, which is extremely rare in my experience. Gluten free salad and app options too. Check this place out and be sure to let the super friendly staff know you have an allergy/celiac’s, if applicable. You won’t be disappointed!

Delicious gluten free pizza that you can order in small, medium or large. Other gluten free options, appetizers, salads, dessert pizza. They'll even put your own cheese on the pizza if you bring it in the original sealed package (for those who can't do dairy).

Family owned pizza. Visited the week they opened and they made us Their first gluten free pizza. They are big and made to order. We go there whenever there is a chance. The place is small and packed, so it's sometimes a good idea to call in your order in advance. 100% worth it

This place is excellent pizza and the only good allergy free place I have found. My son has a severe gluten allergy and this is the only restaurant we've let him eat at. He has never had a problem. This is hands down the best GF pizza crust I've had at any restaurant. They even have some GF desserts. Very friendly service too.

I go here all the time and have amazing pizza and they never get me sick. It's really great because they have a variety of things you can get including desserts and appetizers! I definitely recommend you check this place out!

Really great texture to crust, & they make any sz pizza. We got a large! They offer GF cheese- bread sticks, churros, & salads. The balsamic vinaigrette is GF. Well educated on CC issues & GF dough made on demand, by a man who is GF. A bit pricey, but wayyy worth it! Will be back, for sure!

We have only had their gf pizza once and we could barely stomach it - it was waaaay too sweet. So sweet that it overpowered the toppings. I would try it again if someone else brought it over, but wont be returning myself. However, everyone raves about their regular pizzas.

This is the best gluten free pizza in Alaska. The owner is very personable and the waitress I have had every time I have been in (Wynnie) is very friendly. It seems like each time I go the pizza taste better and better! The gf lemon zinger bars were AWESOME, but they stopped making them. I like being able to have a great gf pizza and also support a small local business.
