Review of Hume Hotel & Spa

The service was fabulous. Our server made me feel comfortable and welcome. They have a gluten free menu, not just a few items on the regular menu marked as GF. The seafood pasta with corn penne was amazing! I didn't get the pizza, but did ask if it is on a cauliflower crust and I was assured it was not. Cauliflower hurts my guts, so I was pleased to hear this.
