Review of Hummus Republic

The staff didn't inspire confidence in me about their understanding of gluten issues. But, gluten free items are clearly identified on the menu. I had to use my best judgment for items in the serving dishes that weren't explicitly called out on the menu. I had no bad effects from my lunch today.
