Review of Hummus Xpress

Not really sure where people are getting this gluten free menu from, but the menu I saw had no mention of gluten free items. I called in to ask and the employee did not know what was gluten free, so they handed the phone over to the manager... The manager seemed confident that only the Gyro meat and a particular kind of salad was *not* gluten free. (Is gyro meat typically not gluten free?) When our take out order came, pita bread was included... So that's supposed to be gluten free? I doubt it. I'm not confident the staff know what is gluten free, and I wouldn't eat here if being gluten free is important to you.
