While they don't have a gluten free menu per se, they are knowledgeable and can accommodate most requests depending on the dish. You'll have to have a dish or two ready when you order because they won't tell you what on the menu they can make gluten free, only if they can make what you want gluten free. I've had the GF Kung Pao Chicken, Chicken with Garlic Sauce, Pork with Garlic Sauce, Chicken and Broccoli, Chicken and Peanuts, Pork Fried Rice and Egg Drop Soup. I believe they can make sesame chicken/pork/shrimp, General Pro's and a few others gluten free too. We eat here at least once every two weeks. I'm a sensitive celiac and only got a slight reaction once, but I'm pretty sure it's because I accidentally cross contaminated myself when I passed an open package of crispy fried noodle things over my plate to my non-GF daughter. The food is delicious and fresh and I've thoroughly enjoyed every single meal I've had here. They claim to make GF food in a dedicated area but I can't confirm that.
