Went here the other night and they will make your food GF and it was awesome I never got sick and they were awesome and careful.
So I haven't found any Chinese restaurants in the area advertise GF options, so I figured I'd just go in and ask. Just to be clear, they do not have a GF menu or GF soy sauce (although the packets of soy are naturally GF), which doesn't sound like a great start, but the people there are knowledgeable about gluten and have made me some really good meals.So obviously there is no gf generals chicken or some of the staples you might find at other places, but what they do have is that they can make most dishes GF by using their white sauce instead. One of the great things is that you can eat a lot of great food and there is no GF upcharge. I can go get a special lunch combo like everyone else and I even get it with "white fried rice" and it is really tasty. The egg drop soup is GF and can come with your combo.I have eaten here more than a handful of times now and have not had any issues.
