The manager was very understanding and knowledgeable about the need to avoid cross contamination. They are willimg to cook items not listed on the menu; due to dairy sensitivity- could not have saag paneer (spinach and cheese), so they made aloo saag ( spinach and potatoes) - the mgr informed me that they normally make the spinach with dairy (ghee) so they instead made with oil. Best Indian food my wife and I ever had- so i was very happy that they were able to make my wife feel comfortable as she was recently diagnosed with celiac.
