Review of Husker Steak House

I had a steak with baked potato, broccoli, and green beans. I have a very severe gluten allergy and the staff was very careful about cross contamination. The potatoes and broccoli are prepared in a part of the kitchen away from the bread and they will scrape the grill if requested.
