Hyatt House Columbus Osu / Short – North

Was staying here for a catered conference. I spoke to the kitchen manager and she didn’t seem very knowledgeable, but after a positive experience at a different Hyatt House last year, I thought maybe I was being hypervigilant . I wasn’t. Lunch the first day was a taco bar with nothing labeled for gf and only corn chips that the manager said were gf (in retrospect I think they may have been multigrain?). By dinner I had my telltale signs. Dinner that night that was supposedly gf was literally only burgers with cheese and no bun.

Don’t recommend eating here— bring your own or order delivery!
