I went to Mexicado for dinner with my family. I was super excited to eat there on my vacation because of the positive gluten-friendly reviews for the Hyatt. However, I went home very sick after eating there with the typical symptoms I get after eating gluten.

Celiac friendly?

I recently stayed at the Hyatt and was very happy with their gluten free offerings. The breakfast buffet had much to choose from along with a Gluten Free station with bread to toast and muffins. Lunch: most things can be made gluten free as they have bread for sandwiches and burgers. French fries can be made in a dedicated fryer.

I am staying here for my honeymoon. The servers have been very accommodating. I have eaten at a few places on the property and have not gotten sick yet!

Ate at the palms for lunch twice last week. It's at the Hyatt. You must ask them to prepare the gluten free bread separately from the regular bread. The servers were aware of cross contamination but the ladybugs brought the bread was not. Both days I had a great am sales with grilled chicken
